Up to now we did direct cross docking from EU trucks arriving to Lviv into UA trucks driving from Lviv to Eastern Ukraine. This time the loads from trucks #8 and #9 were first consolidated in Lviv, then sorted and mixed, and then cross loaded so that we received two, better balanced, loads to continue onwards to Sumy and Chernigov. The next stage will be setting up a consolidation warehouse closer to the conflict zone, for example in Dnipro. From where we can send quicker, smaller, and nimbler supplies to those in need in Eastern Ukraine.
