Lifeline Ukraine now provides Business Recovery Support services to EU businesses and institutions that want to realize their ambitions in Ukraine.

As Ukraine continues to endure the devastating impacts of war, the nation faces the twin challenges of immediate humanitarian needs and long-term economic recovery. LifeLine Ukraine’s primary mission remains humanitarian, but we recognize that economic development must go hand in hand with our work to guarantee security and prosperity for Ukraine and, ultimately, the European Union. To address these challenges, LifeLine Ukraine is proud to announce the expansion of our mission with a new focus on Business Recovery Support (BRS).

Why Business Recovery Support?

Developing economic activities in a country at war presents its own set of challenges, including the risk of instability, market unpredictability, and logistical hurdles. However, we firmly believe that sustainable economic growth is crucial for Ukraine’s future and for fostering stronger international ties, particularly with the EU. Since the summer of 2024, LifeLine Ukraine has been providing BRS services to EU businesses and institutions that want to realize their ambitions in Ukraine but lack the resources to do so.

Our goal is, and will always be, to channel the greatest possible support from donations directly into humanitarian projects in Ukraine. By dedicating a portion of our time—between one-third and one-half—to providing billable business support services, we aim to cover essential costs like salaries and overhead through revenue generated from these services. This allows us to keep donor contributions focused fully on humanitarian efforts.

What We Offer

Our services are tailored specifically to support Dutch organizations and businesses engaging in Ukraine. With our Kyiv-based bilingual team, we provide:

  • Practical Field Research: Conducting on-site investigations and gathering valuable insights to inform decision-making and strategy.
  • Individual Matchmaking: Connecting businesses with the right partners, clients, or opportunities in Ukraine to foster tailored collaborations.
