With Autumn coming up soon, good and warm clothes are quickly becoming a priority. Most refugees could just bring what they could carry and have no money to buy extra clothes. Thanks to a generous donation by HVEGFashion Group, JOMO Fashion, and FashionLinq we can now provide these refugees with a little comfort and warmth this Autumn!
In this video you see our Sylvia and our Stijn who are sorting out the boxes with clothes and building pallets to go on our truck to Ukraine.
One of our recipients, a psycho-neurological dispensary in the Sumy region, was recently shelled, and consequently evacuated. Part of our mattresses were delivered to this dispensary. Let’s hope the building can be repaired, and the patients be returned soon.
Red Cross in Dnipro sorting out the mattress covers for the delivered mattresses.
NedCargo / NAÏF / BeterBed / Makro / FrieslandCampina working together to send truck #19 to Ukraine. With a special thanks to our much appreciated Nedcargo Volunteer: Ronald van der Burght! The entire NedCargo teams is supporting LifeLine Ukraine, but all our pallets go through the capable ‘hands’ of Ronald!
Unloading of a part of the 1000 mattresses we delivered thanks to Enkev, TempurSealy, and BeterBed. These mattresses will be distributed by the non-for-profit volunteer organization Meridian.
Truck #19 just passed Berlin. “Getting Aid Done Now!” is a 24/7 business. The problems in Ukraine don’t take day off, so we don’t take a day off.
Great to see the mattresses being used in so many locations all over Ukraine!
I am very proud of our founders, donors, partners, team members, beneficiaries, and individual Ukrainians who all work together to Get-Aid-Done-Now! Have a great weekend everyone!
Another great way to help, is by sharing information about LifeLine Ukraine. After hearing our BNR interview, John Faber of DUXMT decided to help us by placing our banner on their website. Thank you, John!
The LifeLine Ukraine website was made on a pro-bono basis by bas@masbeck.com.
