Journalist Geert Jan Hahn of BNR Newsradio recently highlighted the vital work of LifeLine Ukraine in his latest report. During his visit to Kherson, Hahn explored our efforts to support the construction of underground medical facilities, including a new maternity hospital. Despite the daily shelling and the ongoing conflict, dedicated professionals like Svetlana, the director of Roddom No. 1 (maternity ward) and Viktoria, the head of 7 hospitals in Kherson, continue to provide essential care.

Hahn’s report showcases how LifeLine Ukraine is working tirelessly to ensure that critical healthcare services remain accessible. This includes building underground medical rooms and shelters to protect patients from attacks.
