๐ฅ Even more, because of the ongoing attacks in #Kherson, residents have been living in a harsh reality for the past 31 months.
๐ Recently, we were fortunate to receive a large donation of #stylish and #modern furniture from the Dutch company Riverdale.
๐บ Part of this furniture is now used in bomb shelters, placed in and outside of hospitals and shared with residents. And as we saw during our recent visit, even hospitals are now relocating #underground (see our guest Geert Jan Hahn exiting the hospital entrance in one of the pictures).
โฅThis thoughtful contribution provides Kherson’s residents with more than just functional furnishings; it offers them a sense of #comfort and sign of #attention during these challenging times.
๐กThanks to our donors we have been able to #continuously support varies projects, such as #bomb #shelters, but also #hospitals, a #maternity ward, 2 #mobile #dental #clinics and #villages surrounding Kherson City.
At this moment we have two other projects running in Kherson, more on that later!
