We are now living through the worst fuel crisis yet.

19-05-2022

Most of the downstream fuel infrastructure has been destroyed. As a consequence trucks cannot move from West to East Ukraine and cannot deliver much needed humanitarian aid. This cause an overflow of the warehouses in West Ukraine because the incoming aid from abroad continues but the flow of aid inside Ukraine is largely paralysed. Fuel prices are rising and transport costs are rising (sometimes with over 50%). Just another challenge to deal with, and one that LifeLine Ukraine will overcome!
