To request a refund, please contact us as soon as possible and no later than 14 days from the date of the transaction. You may be asked to provide details such as the transaction ID, date, and amount of the donation.

Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method via our payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and provider.

All payments are processed securely through our payment provider, Mollie. Refunds, where applicable, are handled in accordance with Mollie’s policies and technical capabilities.
